We have successfully completed projects and implemented maintenance and reliability improvement programs across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and the Philippines.
We understand the benefits of cost effective maintenance and have developed and implemented proven maintenance and reliability frameworks including Reliability Centred Maintenance, work management processes, planning and scheduling regimes, maintenance systems (Maximo, SAP, MEX), spare parts inventory management and standard zero based budgeting processes.
We are passionate about developing the next generation of maintenance/reliability leaders and have built maintenance communities within multiple businesses focused on training, coaching and mentoring maintenance planners/schedulers, reliability engineers, spare parts inventory managers and maintenance managers.
